Tiger Irons was sitting at his country club bar talking to a fellow golfer about how he had fallen in the clubs parking lot one day last week. The accident had occurred shortly after Tiger had been to his doctors office for treatment of a sore back. Tiger said, "You know, I probably would not be in this situation if it weren't for that quack Dr. Carter at LV Orthopedic. What kind of blithering idiot prescribes high doses of narcotic painkillers without warning his patients of side effects like dizziness? He and his partners at that dump are nothing more than a bunch of freakin' malpractice cases waiting to happen. They're all probably on the drugs themselves."

One of Carters best friends, Sammy " Big Daddy" Latazino, overheard Tiger talking to the other customer. Tiger saw the reflection of Sammy in the bar mirror as he approached Tiger from behind. Sammy said," Hey, that's a friend of mine you are talking about. " Tiger hunched his shoulders as Sammy got within arms reached thinking he was going to be hit. Sammy grabbed the back of Tigers shirt and spun him around on the stool bar. That action caused Tiger to lose his balance and fall to the floor bumping his arm on the foot rail of the bar.

(A) Identify and fully explain what, if any, torts were committed by Tiger.

(B) Identify and explain what, if any, torts were committed by Sammy.
