As the manager, you have power to alter your organization's culture. Though changing the established culture of leadership through cost control to distinguish through rapid customization will be tough task to face. To do so, you should win hearts and minds of people you work with, and which takes both being shrew and persuasive. There are four obstacles managers are probable to face when trying to institute extensive change in any organization. First is cognitive. People should have some understanding of why change in strategy or in culture is required. Second is limited resources. Inevitably, changing the organization will need shifting resources away from some areas and towards others. Third is motivation where at last workers wish to make change, and fourth, institutional politics.
