This week's lecture, readings and discussion focuses on the importance of self-assessment in the career development process. This assignment will help you focus on your intended careers and your perception of the skills you possess that are required to be successful in them.

Step 1: Values, Interests and Skills

Write one paragraph reflecting on your values.
Write one paragraph reflecting on your interests. 
Write one paragraph reflecting on your favorite skills.

Step 2: Personality Assessment
Based on what you know about yourself determine what you believe your MBTI personality type to be, report the information in the table contained in document sharing (Week 3 Self-Assessment Assignment). *Please note you are not being asked to take the instrument, which requires a fee, rather you are being asked to reflect on the information and analyze what you believe your personality type to be.
Step 3: Reflection 
Now that you have completed a reflection of your values, personality, skills and interests write one to two paragraphs indicating how this information ties to your career. Be sure to consider all four elements you reflected upon.
