This week your task is to examine cultural influences on behavioral nutrition. You should carefully review all this week's resources, each of which highlight a different cultural group. Then, select one group in particular for this assignment.

Using the article provided and your own scholarly research, prepare a PowerPoint presentation to educate others about the common nutrition and behavior among this group. Your presentation should:

Provide an overview about what is currently known about the group's food traditions.

Assess the nutritional value associated with a food dish that is representative of, commonly eaten by, or special to the cultural group that you have selected.

Explain what challenges and supports an individual within this cultural group might face if they desired to make healthier food choices.

Keep in mind the lessons from last week-be wary of myths and misinformation about the cultural group that you have selected to educate others about!

Incorporate findings from at least five articles published in peer-reviewed journals within the past five years. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles may be included. Narrate your slide show, and upload the .MP4 file to YouTube.

Length: Recorded presentation of 10-15 slides

Your presentation should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
