This week you should finish reading Lenioni's book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. In this assignment you perform a critical analysis of two vice-presidents (Nick and Mikey) in the Decision-Tech Corporation’s story considering how these two vice presidents reacted to team dynamics and the how they adapted to the new CEO’s leadership and organizational changes.

Use the following concepts in your analysis: definition and use of politics, single- and Double loop learning, and analyze team dynamics by conducting a critical analysis using each of the five dysfunctions as your assessment tool.

Write a paper that is at least three pages in length. Use the grading rubric as a guide to help you organize your analytical responses. The focus of this assignment is on analyzing two specific characters, Nick and Mikey, in reference to how their behaviors are reflective of each of the five dysfunctions; this is not meant to be an assignment that summarizes the story/parable told. Consider that it usually takes at least one page to analyze Nick, one page to analyze Mikey, one page to discuss learning styles and use of politics for each, and space for an introduction to the topic, synthesis of your critical analysis findings, and a concluding summary of your main learning points. (Hint: have at least one example for both Nick and Mikey individually expressing each of the five dysfunctions, learning style, and use of "Lencioni" politics).

Cite and reference supporting evidence from Lencioni’s book and other course material to support your critical analysis. For example, "politics occurs when people choose their words and actions based on how they want others to react rather than based on what they really think" (Lencioni, 2002). Make sure to attach a separate reference page to document citations.
