1. Provide a brief description of Disney company's history, overall and its activities in the region (USA, Europe, and Asia), in particular.; determine its life cycle.

2. Do they market products differently in the USA than in Paris and Japan? Why? Explain. If Disney plans to open in Barcelona Spain, how should they market the theme park and their products?

The first part should be shorter than the second one.
