Subject: The Advantages Of A Daycare Facility On the Premise 


This memo presents the benefits of providing a daycare center would be to Digifast and the River View Plaza. Based on the findings and on the success of such programs elsewhere, a daycare center would be the best choice for the future of the Plaza and Digifast. 

What Are the Advantages?

The daycare would be equipped with Digifast's latest educational games allowing free test marketing. This in return will allow the children to have an advantage in learning and give exposure to Digifast products. An adding benefit would also be free word of mouth advertising from the parents. This can also open up a potential avenue to global daycare use of Digifast products. 

Prividing a daycare for the businesses in the Plaza will generate additional revenue and possible future tenants. Allowing a daycare in the facility is an added benefit and an attractive quality for future and present tenants.

What will the services will provide?
The services will provide childcare for all employees and tenants for the River View Plaza. The daycare center would be equipped with the latest educational games that Digifast has created giving the children in the daycare a learning advantage. The services will also provide qualified teachers for the daycare so the parents feel comfortable their children are in capable hands. This daycare goes a step beyond and will provide education.
