This journal last journal is important to me because I learn to be able to communicate better in our relationship. Doing this journal went very good overall because I learn to understand my partner more better and find a way to communicate. The challenges I face before starting the journal is which questions should I ask my partner because we do have a long relationship but we are in a point where all the memories we have is from the past and not the future. I choose the questions where I know my partner and myself have a better perspective and have detail to talk about. During the journal, my partner didn't even respond to my questions on the whole day and I decided to wait and send the text message on the next day and finally she would answer back. I just didn't like how she was not focus and helping me and I felt she was annoying on answer the questions every week. I did felt bad and I talk to her and we came to a good position. After the journal my challenges that I face was a positive one than a negative one because I learn we both are good people who want to see each other accomplish their goals in life and we need each other to push each other to our goals. One piece of information that I learned in this dialogue is we have lot of good feelings about each other and we might not be in a good position over time but I know if either of us get mad at each other it will be a minute we apologies to each other.

An area of positive healthy communication is we have a lot of trust and we understand we have problems we need to solve and we are trying our best to fix it but having trust and honesty I know our relationship will grow throughout time. However, one area of improvement is our journals answer responses are to short and we change subject and then we go back to the subject after a while and I feel I am getting lost with a lot of information but on the same time I don't want to write a whole page about one question and repeat the same skill for the rest of the questions. I need to balance where I need to expand the question. One concrete step I would take to make this area of communication better is stick to one subject and when I decide to change topic I will let my partner know we are not going back to the same subject unless is necessary and we need to know where is a good place to stop the conversation and where to change topics. We need to be organize on the information and if there something I don't understand I'll ask my partner for classification without annoying her.
