This is the request for the original paper:

1) the information about the person's backgroundalong with

2) a summary both of what you asked and their responses

3) describing in what ways specific concepts from the text and other course materials can be applied. (both the theory and the practice) and then

4) reflections on what you have learned from these interviews and on

5) how you can apply all this to your own experiences as well as to the materials we are discussing in our work.

Check List - required parts of your write-up -

Iinterviewee info - include the name of the interviewee, posiiton, company, contact info including phone and email and brief statement of why chosen

Summary of questions asked and responeses (this material can be integrated in the body of the paper or included as an appendix)

Write-up and analysis - discuss key responses and connections to specific concepts from the text and other course materials. (for example ways to motivate)

Application - what did you learn and how can you use this?

Format - double-spaced, spell and grammar checked (Reminder that the Drexel Writing Center is available as a resource.)

This is the request for making change:

1.For this paper, the major part are 3),4)and 5), part 2) is just appendix.

2.or "Concepts that is applicable from the text and other course material", do not link to the interview itself. Mention the company name or the manager's name, it looks like copy of concept from textbook.

3. and for "lessons learned" part, can you write about something learned from what the manager talk about his management skill, his career or etc.?

4. For "your own experience part, relate to the materials in class.
It looks fake when read "Gary" said.
