This is about Southwest Airlines and the SWOT analysis.

1) I turned Southwests weakness which was " negative comments which were posted on social media regarding the overbooking of flights" in to a strength by saying that it will give the customers an apportunity to get rewarded for switching flights volintarily and emphasizes their customer satisfaction because they took that problem in to consideration and as of May 2017 SWA will not overbook flights. The QUESTION is:

The weakness that was provided and as I turned in to a strength, how does it impact marketing, OPERATIONs management, finance and just management in general.

2) The threat is that other airlines imitate their strategies, I turned this in to an opportunity by saying that it gives them an opportunity to come up with a new idea while other competion is still trying to achieve a the their old strategies. The QUESTION is :

The threat that was provided and as I turned in to an opportunity, how does it impact marketing, OPERATIONs management, finance and just management in general.

Please be specific as possible as I will have to expand it in to 3 pages.
