This Is a course about diversity and since the Presidential election a few days ago there are many concerns about acceptance, tolerance, inclusivity and opportunity for everyone in this nation. As we've learned, managing in a diverse environment presents a variety of challenges and opportunities. Please share your POSITIVE thoughts about how we can bring together this factionalized nation. And, how we can embrace the varied talents, viewpoints and creativity of people in our multi-cultural, multi-racial, multi-ethnic, multi-religious, and varied sexual preference, etc., society.
