Apple remains one of the most valuable companies in the world by using generic strategy and intensive growth strategies, which directly relates to the company's strategies in pricing, and marketing. By using the generic strategy and intensive growth strategies, Apple continues to succeed, even with high selling prices. Apples' plan is to emphasize innovation through research and development. In result, Apple continually develops innovative products by staying at least 2 years ahead so that the company can always stand out from competitors. In fact, Apple uses product development as its main intensive strategy for growth.
