A. Compile a list of cultural artifacts and behaviors as demonstrated in the organization before and after the change. Speculate as to how these artifacts changed.
B. Next, summarize the pre- and post-change business strategy used by the organization or department.
C. Finally, test or asses the quality of the new strategy against the needs of customers and employees.
