Problem: This research study give a sociological causes of divorce and the impacts of divorce on the behavior of children.

Instruments: Statistical power analysis

Purpose: The purpose of this quantitative, experimental, causal-comparative case study is to examine males and females, high school students, in a suburban school in Connecticut for the year 2015-2016 school year, compared to inner-city high school students in the same academic year 2015-2016.The goal for this case study is to figure out whether children show adverse behavior changes while encountering their parents' divorce, and provided that this is true, what sort of changes happen, and what is the seriousness of the progressions, and if they are highly affected by the divorce. The study looked to decide the degree to which harmful behavior change in children are apparent promptly after a divorce. Furthermore, this study wishes to depict those progressions and determine their recurrence. Finally, the study needs to relate such changes to certain social variables including financial status, age and sex of the child.
