There is a delicate balance and a fine line between controlling business excesses and over regulating business. Regulation is necessary and no one disagrees with that. Left unchecked, businesses will take advantage of consumers and other businesses. The "Net Profit" is the main motivator of businesses. Some businesses will engage in unscrupulous activities to maximize profits. On the other hand, it is believed that business faces too many regulations. Supporters of less regulation argue that over regulation causes businesses to fail and inhibits new business growth. Less regulation could also give rise to the standard of living for people and better economic growth.

What do you think? Too many regulations or not enough? Please provide specifics to support your opinion.
