There are many methods for detecting vulnerabilities in a computer network. Some of these methods work at the network level and some work at the much lower file level.

This week you will choose two testing tools and learn their basic operation. The choice of tools will depend on your operating system, but you should use tools that test different aspects of security. For example, learn one network-testing tool and one that checks file level exploits. For each tool, the summary of the tests that you performed and vulnerabilities that you found. In addition to the review, provide screen shots of the test and results. These screenshots should be added into the Word document you create for this activity. Be sure to give each screenshot a description.
