The XYZ Clinic is experiencing delays in its accounts receivable. In other words, customers don’t pay on time. The clinic has heard that some customers can’t pay or they move and don’t get the bill sent to their new address. However, there could be many other causes for these delays. Help XYZ by doing a root cause analysis using the “five whys” technique and a fishbone diagram of the accounts receivable dilemma.
