1) Pick a service company - it can be national or international and it cannot be one of the retailers you discussed in your omni-channel marketing assignment.

2) Create 3 strategies for the P's you think are most important - remember in services you have an expanded marketing mix with people, place and physical surroundings. These strategies should address the opportunities and challenges that this service provider is currently facing.

3) Formulate 2 tactics for implementing this strategy. Remember a strategy is what you want to do and a tactic is specifically how you want to do it.

People Plan (if that is what you choose)

Strategy: Explain the problem or opportunity and how you want to move forward

Tactic 1/2: Specifically(important) how will you implement - you tactics should be measureable
