Examples are Jackson Drugs or Dale's Barbeque - local companies. Don't worry if you are not all familiar with the same company: for example, all independent (not chain) Italian restaurants are impacted by Porter's five forces in the same way. You can even use a fictitious company basing it on your knowledge of similar businesses.
