The power of any agency to take such a bold, life changing action against someone's property without notice or due process, is absolutely absurd. Unless the individual(s) or company that owns the property is fore warned that a lien will be taken on their property, it is a violation of their rights. This is s case where the government has given over reaching authority to an agency, which in fact is in breach of other laws protecting our civil rights as law abiding citizens of this country
