The name of our project is virtualization, we are an outside party to assist IT department of a software company in conversion of data center. There will be five people involved in this project. Their roles are to assist the project team leader and to contribute and maintain the developed virtualization. Any questions or contact can be either by email or by phone. Also the owners of the server, such as upper management who own the system and use them on a daily basis. The IT staff on hand who will maintain and implement future servers, that they understand how the technology work and assist future users.
