The Ministry Of Health (MOH) has installed the same information system in all of the primary clinics replacing older systems with a new advanced information management system. The reasons for this new installation in all primary clinic is to improve the interoperability so information can be shared, improve quality care and reduce the costs. However, within a month of the systems “Going Live”, nearly half of the practices in the network stop using the new system and demand the return of their old system.
