Research Questions

- Are the internal and external factors influences the work force planning?
- How these influences can be eliminated or reduced if exists?
- Are these issues restrain business to achieve strategic goals?

Conduct the literatures review.

1. Eliminated or reduced the leakage of the Organization workforce to meet business goals.

2. Create mindfulness for the significance of WP for powerful business organization.

3. Provide reasonable enlistment apparatuses for legitimate determination forms.

4. Provide powerful approaches and apparatuses to quantify display workforce profitability, proficiency, usage and competency.

5. Analyze date and conclusion.

6. Apply look into philosophy to this investigation.

After reading the dissertation I have following observations:

1- The title is not formulated well and very generic. It must be country specific.

2- Abstract Page: The abstract is not formulated well, it must reflect the following: The main aims of the study
The study methods
The study sample
The main study findings
The main study recommendation
The researcher is advised to rewrite to reflect his research.

3- The table of contents must have sub-sections in each chapter.

4- Table of figures, tables and abbreviations are missing.

5- In some place, the researcher is using this paper instead of research or dissertation. s- Citations are not cross referenced. Many references are incomplete and non-refereed. The researcher must use APA style as per university guidelines.

7- In the introduction, page 5, the student has not created right pitch for the research. Last para is not making any sense.

8- Background and problem statement is not in alignment with topic. Rewrite.

9- The study problem is not clear enough and needs to re-write again.

10- Research objective 2 is completely out of the way.

11- Objectives on page 7 is missing.

12- Significance and hypothesis need to be rewritten.

13- Definition of terms on page 9 not required.

14- Limitations on page 10 are not adequate. Details of chapters not required.

15- LR is not done properly. Critically thinking is not reflected anywhere.

16- Getting in your car on page 28?

17- Research method is not clear. Rewrite. Without proper RM, findings and analysis section can't be evaluated.

18- Objectives on page 45 is not clear.

19- The researcher did not add a list of appendix.

20- The references list must be prepared based on the university guidelines.

It is highly recommended that the student redo his work and must consider the above comments specially the statistical data analysis part. The statistical analysis part needs more development, additions, modifications and more explanation.
