You will use leadership theories as frameworks for your Selected Topic paper, and address the three levels of the system-the microsystem, mesosystem, and macrosystem.

The following objectives for this assignment are:

1.Identify and describe what experiences have shaped your leadership style, your philosophy towards leadership, and motivation behind your behavior. (2 pages)

a.What are your leadership strengths; what are your weaknesses?

b.How can you maximize your strengths? How can you minimize or remove your limitations?

c.What are your blind spots-opinions, stereotypes, and knee-jerk reactions that are difficult to acknowledge?

2.Identify and describe what combination of established leadership styles you would use-autocratic, democratic, laissez-faire, transformational, and transactional-when dealing with day-to-day operations at the three system levels. Provide examples and reference leadership theories as appropriate.
