The following content should be present in the PowerPoint presentation.

1. A discussion of four (4) common dangers in filling out rating-scale appraisals.

2. Five (5) recommendations on how to avoid appraisal problems.

3. Four (4) tips/techniques for delivering an employee performance appraisal, such as making some suggestions about how to have a performance appraisal meeting or interview with an employee.

In addition, the presentation should be interesting to the viewers, providing a pleasant viewing experience.

Your Activity responses should be both grammatically and mechanically correct and formatted in the same fashion as the Activity itself.  In addition, you must appropriately cite all resources used in your response and document them in a bibliography using APA style.
