o Discuss the circumstances the U.S. military permits conscientious objection to war, the requirements to declare conscientious objector status, and whether or not servicemen and military draftees can object to serving in some wars and not object to serving in other wars

2. Evaluate whether or not Just War theory applies to the issue of conscientious objection.
