The effectiveness of the group depended a lot on the group contribution, participation and our group’s leader role. Most of our group members were able to attend group meetings regularly and arrives on time, contributing meaningfully to group discussions. Completion of group assignments on time and preparing work in a quality manner was also a major factor in the group’s success. Our ability to demonstrate cooperative and supportive attitude to each other contributed significantly to the success of the group project. We were able to use the task specialist role and the social economical role as discussed in the test book to reach our goal. The major conflict our team had was differences in opinions although we were able to come to a compromise and accommodate different ideas for the benefit of the group.
