The Cover letter

Dear Hiring Manager:

I am writing to apply for the Customer Care Specialist position at The Hartford. I do believe I am an excellent candidate for this position. I have over 5 years of related customer service experience working as Assistant Manager at Star Nails. I also have direct experience working in a call center at FTD companies in which I have answered phones, provided customer care while using various computer applications documenting the transaction.

I do very well with problem solving and explaining challenging information so that customers can understand and feel comfortable. One of my greatest strengths is that I get along with others and can listen to new feedback, striving toward excellence. I have been recognized by supervisors for my hard work and excellence in details for each job that I have had. I would be honored to work for this company and bring my dedication to the team.

I would like the opportunity to arrange an interview to discuss my skills and qualifications further. I am available for an interview at your earliest convenience. You can contact me at any time. I look forward to hearing from you and I thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

The review form
