You are a consultant working for an advisory company that prepares concise reports for clients to "educate" senior managers in the respective clients' organizations about topics with which they are not familiar.
One such client has requested a concise report on the Liquefied Natural Gas Value Chain.
He is interested in the economic, technical, logistics, operational, environmental and supply chain optimization aspects plus a thorough SWOT analysis of the LNG Value Chain (VC) for the next 10 year horizon. He is interested in knowing what makes such value chains successful or otherwise.
Where you can, assign your own Probability and Impact of each element of SWOT. Probability may be expressed as a percentage, and Impact as a number on a scale of 1-10 with 10 having the highest impact. But remember the report is not simply a SWOT but more than that.
Your report will cover the what, why and how of the LNG VC. It should also use past data to validate your opinions and your judgment.
The report should be limited to 1500 word or less. Any references, diagrams or graphs are separate from this limitation but the total number of pages for the report should not in any case exceed 6-7 pages even with diagrams.
You will be assessed for content, relevance, articulation and structure. Your analysis should be backed with logic and facts.
