Analyse the scenario/event/problem by critically discussing the following organisational behaviour issues as they pertain to the scenario:
1. Critically discuss the leadership approach(es) which have been employed during the change process and comment on their effectiveness (Module 6). (500 words)
2. Critically discuss the power and politics issues which emerged or could have emerged during the change process (Module 7). (500 words)
3. Critically discuss the conflict management process (and associated stages) which emerged or could have emerged during the change process (500 words). (Module 8)
4. Critically discuss the role of the organisation's culture in the change process (consider current culture and possible future culture) (Modules 9). (500 words)
Task 3 (400 words)
Conclusion
Write a conclusion in which you draw conclusions regarding the most significant points in your essay.
Structure of the assignment
This assignment should be prepared in three parts.
Part 1: An opening statement and the description of the scenario/telling the story (500 words: Does not form part of the word count)
Part 2: An analysis of the scenario/story according to the guidelines above. Use sub headings to reflect the main themes above; (2000 words in total)
Part 3: Conclusion (400 words)

Marking criteria for Assignment 3
The content is the most important regarding the relative contribution of each of the dimensions. 'Understanding and interpretation of assignment questions', 'critical analysis','research' and 'interpretation and application of theory' account for 90% of the final grade on the assignment. Technical and academic care such as 'presentation', 'written expression', 'structure' and 'academic referencing' account for 10% of the final grade on the assignment.
