  2. What actions have been key to making the diversity initiative a success so far? Briefly list the steps taken by the company and the impact that each had on diversity and/or the overall organizational climate.
  3. Do you agree with Brody's idea to hold the Forum? Why or why not? Can you suggest an alternative that would accomplish the same thing?
  4. What challenges and problems do Brody and Shoemate face in getting their diversity strategy implemented?
