The assigned readings for this week outline four initiatives taken by our federal government designed to improve the communications between federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies and even the common person.

For this assignment you will need to read through each of the above mentioned initiatives and select the two you believe are the most effective in combating terrorist threats. Provide a summary of your two selections and why you feel they are most effective. How are the two initiatives you selected better than those you did not select?
