Term project proposal

Your final paper will be a research project of your choice relating to the topic of effective leadership and organizational behavior. You will have significant freedom in your choice of a topic. The following are topic examples:

1. Write a paper outlining the ramifications for questions of leadership of some particular thinker, and comparing that thinker's position to one or more of the theories put forward in the class.

2. Write a paper on a specific problem of ethical leadership, such as environmental issues, shareholder or stakeholder responsibility, regulatory relationships or sexual harassment or discrimination.

3. Write a paper on the problem of unmotivated employees and what tactics leaders can use to improve performance.

Your paper should be at least 10-15 pages in content using APA writing format.

The final term paper I would like to present is on a mixture of topics including, leadership, motivation and also describing a common problem which some of the employees face in a regular daily basis.

The problems include racism, sexual harassment and disability.

Leadership and motivation are important aspects for the company as both go hand in hand are important for the company's progress and also for the progress of the employees. Describing the types and forms of various leadership and motivational skills. Then I would go further and describe the benefits of these followed by the drawbacks.

The drawbacks also lead to some serious problems, which I would like to explain and deal with them in detail.
