The purpose of this Individual Project Assignment is to provide you with the practical opportunity to explore and develop an innovation profile of an organization of interest to you that has demonstrably engaged in the adoption of innovative technology, whether generated internally or as a result of an acquisition or partnership with lead users or other external sources.

You will document the development of this innovation adoption in the context of the Innovation Project Framework (see Figure A2.1) as detailed in Appendix 2 of the textbook (pp. 181-197).

You are to develop this profile in two stages and base your analysis on the assumption that you have been contracted as an external third-party consultant to provide a retrospective overview, description, and assessment of each stage of the Innovation Project for one or more related innovations (generated internally or externally) that The organization has attempted to put into place to improve or develop sustainable competitive advantage within a specific industry sector
