Technology has changed many things in our lives. Well, it has if you were around before the times of internet, laptop computers, and cell phones. Partly because of technology, the way we communicate has changed, also. There was a time when people would pick up their rotary dial telephone to talk to another person, stick it in an envelope with a stamp, and send it through the mail to communicate with someone else.

I would like for you to go online, or from your own personal observation, share some ways in which we communicate today that go beyond those early rotary phone and stamp and envelope days. Pick one or two things to share, and tell if you think this has made communication better, or if it has made it worse. If you have any personal observations, feel free to share those, as well.
