Ultrasonic parking guidance system provides visual indication to driver while searching for a vacant parking spaces: ultrasonic sensor at each space monitor real-time occupancy and reports by changing color of individual lighted Spate indicator. A green light signifies that the space is vacant while a red Iight indicates that the space is Tilted or already occupied. At the meantime, availability info-motion will be accordingly updated on decision point signs. No more guess work for the driver as to which parking level has available spares for parking. Assume that you are going to design and develop this system with your knowledge in electronics and technologies.

CASE STUDY ASSESSMENT DELIVERABLES
Select any one case from above and prepare a document which defines all major aspects of the project and forms the foundation for project management. This document can also be used as an assessment of overall project success.
It MUST include the following:

- Functional Requirements
- Resource Requirements &
- Quality Requirements
- Project methodology and scheduling plan- Work Breakdown structure-task list for this project (show predecessors and duration of activities include Gantt chat & Network analysis Diagram- using MS Project)
- Risk identification and Mitigation plan (minimum six with three technical risks).
- Costing Plan/Estimation plan (should include all types or overheads)
- Resource Plan (Include manpower requirements)
- Training plan (this will ensure that staff are able use the product effectively)
- Acceptance plan (this should include the criteria which will he used by the management to check project completion and implementation)
You are required to work on the case study as a team (two members only) and work by dividing the tasks.
Report details:
Develop your proposal as a group of two members into a professional document of not more than 12 to 15 Pages, and create a PowerPoint presentation to discuss the Case study requirements. The document should include a Title page, Table of Contents, Main report section, Appendix (optional) and Bibliography.
