TASK 2:
Format: Essay 500 words
All businesses are organised into groups of people. This is so the employees can be organised and controlled to make sure the necessary work is one efficiently.
There are different ways of organising the business into groups, and each way has its advantages and disadvantages. There are additional benefits of organising people into groups, such as making it clearer how communications should be organised. The development of team-spirit also usually improves motivation and productivity
A) Select two different organisations and write a detailed report describing how two businesses are organised. Explain the way it is organised. What kind of structure is it? What are the advantages and disadvantages of that structure?
B) As part of the report please also analyse the following questions: Can you identify a chain of command or line of control in the organisations? How do you think this helps the organisations to control their activities? explain how their style of organisation helps them to fulfil their purposes

You need to identify the levels of economic activity in two countries and explain how they affect your chosen organisation (for this task you need to choose and agree with your teacher how you going to present your information).
