Task -

Write a 1,500-2,000 word strategy report on a case study organisation with bibliography and academic referencing. Your report must include an overview of the organisation and its competitive environment, an assessment of it's IS maturity and discussion of emerging ICT that may have strategic disruptive impact and any potential opportunities for competitive advantage. Also in your report you should discuss methods of overcoming resistance to change and possible leadership and governance structures. You must document your assumptions and how they have affected your report.

Purpose: To develop and apply practical skills in the use of information systems in support of business processes and business value maximisation.
