Taking my first pack of yasmin and started sugar pills yesterday. I started taking the pill on the 5 th day of my last period. Last tuesday i had a tiny bit of breakthrough bleeding - bright red dot. Does this mean the pill isnt working yet or? I had sex 8 days after starting the pill with a condomso i doubt im pregnant. My right hip and right pelvic area feels tense right now aswell.

Btw i havent missed any pills, i have only taken one 4 hours lateWhat exactly does breakthrough bleeding tell me?
