Taking jolivette and nursing since late feb. Got a weeks, Ask an Expert

Taking jolivette and nursing since late feb. Got a weeks worth of bleed in early march but nothing since. Should I be concerned? This is my first time taking BC. I've taken it everyday at the exact same time. Maybe twice have I missed my timing but only by an hour the most and still took it. It's been our only form of birth control. Haven't seen any spotting since.
