As you reflect on the kind of position you want and the kind of company you want to eventually be employed in, consider what kind of organizational conditions make for a successful and supportive employer. Think about hospitality companies that are successful and why their employees and managers like working for them. What kinds of working conditions make for a successful business?

Here you will assess factors from both employee and management perspectives. You might consider factors such as job satisfaction, compensation, benefits, job security, trends, or where the position might lead in the future.
