1. Use the OSHA website (www.osha.gov) to study the impact of OSHA's General Duty Clause by examining the number of citations of this clause in industries with more than 250 employees.  Submit the industry group that is cited most and the percentage of all citations for the General Duty Clause for firms employing 250 employees or more. 2. Use the Internet to find five consulting firms that could assist managers with compliance to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Provide the name of the firms with a brief description on how each firm will provide that assistance. (Provide the links to your sources)
3. Use the the Internet to estimate the percentage of annual OSHA citations that are designated as "repeat" violations and "willful" violations. Submit a brief comparison analysis of both types of violation and the reason of the difference in the percentage.
4. Use the the Internet to estimate the average OSHA proposed penalty for a "General Duty Clause" violation. Submit a brief comparison analysis of this violation with one of your choice of the violations cited in question 3, and the reason of the difference in the percentage.
