Marketing Management - Kellogg's Case Study
The purpose of Assignment is to allow you to analyze an actual, real life Marketing Management of a Company.
Students will select a real Life Company and will analyze and identify the Marketing plan and strategy of the company in terms of STP (Segmentation, Targeting & Positioning), Competitor analysis, Product strategy, Price strategy, Distribution strategy, Integrated Marketing Communication.
Requirements:
1. Create a case study in Word format
2. Illustrations can be used
3. Case Study must be between 5 - 10 pages
Case Study must contain:
Identify the Marketing Plan and strategy of Kellogg's
STP (Segmentation, Targeting & Positioning)
Competitor analysis
Product strategy
Price strategy
Distribution strategy
Integrated Marketing Communication.
