Students are to select a Service Company AIRBNBapply service marketing mix and customer satisfaction theories as presented during the unit. Building the assessment on a weekly basis, students are required to submit a written assignment.

Contributing a draft of your written assignment to the Service Company in Action .The Workshop provides the opportunity for valuable peer feedback. It also exposes students to the strategies and performance of differing Service Companies, together with the giving of feedback in the form of a grade and commentary.

Theoretical concepts, processes and models as presented during the unit should be used and applied.

IN THE WRITTEN REPORT YOU SHOULD:

1. Introduce your Service Company with a short introduction.

2. Evaluate how well your Service Company applies each relevant ‘P' of the services marketing mix. Provide evidence and apply the appropriate weight of each ‘P' appropriate for your Service Company.(approximately 400 words)

3. Propose onere commended change (or addition) to each relevant ‘P' of the services marketing mixfor your Service Company. (approximately 400 words)

4. Identify two areas where customer expectations exceed your Service Company's performance P

5. Reflect and self-assessyour written assignment against the Rubric. Marks will be awarded as to how closely your self-assessment reflects the final grade.

The report should concentrate on applying servicemarketing mix theories and the relevant weight of each component as relevant to the organisation and industry.

Content should display logic and cite examples and theories.

You must:

- Apply theory from at least 2 academic journal articles
- Carefully select appropriate theories and concepts
- Construct an in-depth and analytical discussion
- Use evidence and examples to support your work
- Write in a clear and logical manner.
- Cite all references in-text using the Harvard referencing system (the Academic Integrity Module available online provides a clear overview)
- Prepare and format a reference list (the Academic Integrity Module provides guidance)

Your REPORT should be in proper format and will be assessed on the following criteria:

- Quality of analysis applying the theoretical concepts of the course.
- Creativity and innovation in addressing customer satisfaction strategies.
- Proper professional formatting including consistent font size, sequence and paragraphs used.
