Students are to create an onboarding and training document for the incumbent candidate. The document will contain two major portions:

1-Onboarding document – the onboarding document should outline the process in which the candidate will be oriented into the company. You are not required to create the documents but must identify a process of what has t be done and who is responsible or doing each. Items to consider (not limited to):

-Policies and procedures

- Compensation and Benefit

-IT credentials

-Benefit paperwork

2-Training plan – identify a plan that contains the goals, objectives and training intervention for the candidate (this document should be 2-3 pages in length).
