Step 3 - Write 2 - 3 page Report/Summary and analysis of the Basic Structure to the U.S. Constitution. Include in your discussion and analysis, the basic meaning or purpose of the Constitution.

Briefly explain the purpose or aim of each major Article of the Constitution. Also discuss what is meant by f the separation of powers and concept of federalism.

Finally, include in your summary, a discussion of the enumerated powers of Congress (including the impact and/or significance of the Necessary and Proper Clause). Please provide references in APA format.
