The final segment of the case explains some of the changes that have been put into place after the return of Schultz as CEO. Explain whether Starbucks had a good strategy at the time the case was written. Why / Why not? Elaborate and justify your conclusion. What, if anything, would you change in Starbucks’s strategy?
