The complexities of delivery will be highlighted as various settings Inpatient, outpatient, clinic, home care, institutional care, private, public, etc. - are examined. What are the ethical decisions and where are they being made? Who lives, who dies and under what circumstances? What effect does cutting edge research and technology have on traditional roles of health care providers? What are the case management and managed care concepts in their evolution? How does ethnicity and/or cultural diversity affect the delivery of health care?
