Social Media Evaluation

For this assignment, please evaluate the use of Social Media by a hospitality company of your choice. You can do this by either analyzing the facebook page of a company, reading tripadvisor reviews and analyzing the company's feedback or finding an article in a business magazine, journal or newspaper that discusses social media. You may also include any insights from this week's reading/viewing. This is a brief assignment, a page or so is all that is really expected.

Please write a description of what you read/saw and then describe how you feel about social media you may want to consider

1. What are the strengths/weaknesses of social media advertising

2. How can companies better manage their social media presence

3. Whatever issues you want to raise based on what you saw/read.
