Sid and Nacy were on a camping trip to Baxter Island. They had reservations on a ferry for themselves and their car. Because they had their two mountain bikes mounted upright and on a roof rack on their car, they had to use special alen which was also designated for motoer homes, vans, and other high profile vehicles. They were parked behind a motor home. During the crossing most drivers let their cars and went on deck. When the trip was over, Sid, and Nacy wanted to leave but the driver of the motor home had not returned. One of the employees of the ferry motioned Sid and Nacy to turn to the left into the next lane rather than waiting for motor home to move. Sid and Nancy followed the employee's hand signals, but unforunately their bikes struck a low clearance pip and the frames both of their bikes were destroyed. Dicuss the issues and the outcome of their lawsuit against the ferry company.
